Returns + Exchanges

  • Please contact me at hello@selahbe.com with your order number and your reason for return/refund within 30 days of your purchase date. From there, I will evaluate the situation and make it right — whether that ends in a return/refund or some other solution.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Please contact me at hello@selahbe.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your item. I will then either ship out a new one free of charge or completely refund you (it’s your choice).

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
